Access the myCustomerHistory Area

myCustomerHistory Area

To access the myCustomerHistory area follow the steps below:

1. Register at CAEN RFID website (if you already have an account, go to step 2).

2. Login into the website with your username and password.

3. Once logged into the website, the myCustomerHistory tab will appear. Click on the tab.

4. Follow the instructions: you need a CAEN RFID invoice number and your customer code in order to be authenticated and then access your personal area. A facsimile invoice is available (see the picture below) to help you to identify these two required data.

5. Enter the invoice number and your customer code.

6. Once the procedure is completed, wait to receive the activation email. Then login again into the website, click on the myCustomerHistory tab and you will see the list of your purchased products.

In myCustomerHistory Area you can find information about your purchased products:

- products list
- products types
- warranty expiration date
- production and maintenance test data
- products revisions

You can search for a specific product by entering its serial number or ordering code.
Click on RMA to fill in the Returns&Repairs form.
Click on Test Measurement to access the production and maintenance test data.
